Raymond William Heisner

	Raymond William Heisner, 82, of Pinckneyville, passed away at 7:15 a.m. Sunday, May 6, 2001 at the Pinckneyville Community Hospital.
	Raymond was a retired farmer.  He was a member of the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church at Todds Mill.  He was a member of the Pinckneyville Knights of Columbus, the Perry County Farm Bureau and the Central Laborers Union.
	He was born June 5, 1918 in Perry County, the son of Arthur and Catherine (Bathon) Heisner.  He married Eutoala C. Bathon on September 1, 1941 at the St. Mary Magdalen church at Todds Mill and she survives.
	He is survived by his wife of Pinckneyville, five children- Leona Bochantin of St. Louis, Mo., Raymond W. Heisner Jr. of Pinckneyville, Edward J. Heisner of Fairview Heights, Ill., Eugene Leo Heisner of Pinckneyville and Carol Ann Crumbacher of Pinckneyville, two sisters- Dorothy Barnowski of St. Louis, Mo. and Rosalia Sroka of Pinckneyville, two brothers- Floyd Heisner of Pinckneyville and James Heisner of St. Peters, Mo., 13 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
	Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 8 at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church at Todds Mill with Fr. James Van Oss officiating.
	Friends called from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.  The Rosary was said at 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
	 Interment was in the St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery at Todds Mill.
	Memorials may be made to Masses or to the American Lung Association.
